1. MOLP: Name of Licensee Requirement

2. MOLP: Minimum Order Requirements
   Any combination of 5 licenses, 1 server processor license, or 2 core-based licenses are the minimum for initial purchase.
   For re-order, minimum requirement is 1 throughout the license-agreement term (License Agreement # is required for reordering).
3. MOLP: License Only
   Download Media and CD product keys are available after the license is issued by logging into Microsoft's EOpen Website at https://eopen.microsoft.com. The instructions to create a password will be provided on the license.

   Product keys can be obtained by accessing the eOpen site, https://eopen.microsoft.com and look for "View Volume License Keys" icon on the left column after accepting the license agreement. If the end user has difficulty locating their product key, they can contact Microsoft directly at 866-230-0560. For current or previous version software program, please click "Product Downloads" icon on the left column or call Microsoft Media Fulfillment Center at 800-336-0098 to order the fulfillment media. Please have your License Agreement Number and License Authorization Number ready before calling.

   If the end customer's contact name or address is incorrect, end customers can update and change the license by accessing the eOpen site at https://eopen.microsoft.com.

4. Windows, SBS, and Terminal CALs Comparison - make sure you select the correct type of CALs
   

   For help in transferring your terminal server client access licenses from a down-level terminal services licensing server to a Windows Server 2008-based terminal services licensing server, contact Microsoft Product Activation Group at 1-888-571-2048.

   The Microsoft Product Activation Group also provides help for the following Terminal Services-related tasks:

   • Activate a license server
   • Install licenses on a license server
   • Reinstall licenses on a license server
   • Downgrading licenses
