Warranty and RMA policy

TRUSTprice, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of A&S Electronics, Inc. (www.TRUSTprice.com), is committed to offer the legitimate software and hardware at outstanding prices. TRUSTprice offers 30-80% savings, every day. We encourage you to compare our product prices with other sites to help you verify your savings.

Form of Payment

Terms of payment are at TRUSTprice sole discretion and must be agreed prior to acceptance of an order by TRUSTprice.

  • Accept major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover card);
  • Accept PayPal from US verified users with a confirmed address;
  • Accept wire transfer with additional handling charge;
  • Accept money order, cashier check, company check, and personal check for advance purchases. If a buyer prefers COD, the buyer is responsible for any additional COD charges. TRUSTprice does not accept any cash, company check, and/or personal checks for COD service;
  • Accepts government POs, public school POs, and Fortune 1000 POs by fax to (408) 582-5050.

Payment will be charged upon shipment. TRUSTprice payment terms are subject to change without notice at its sole discretion.

Sales Tax

Enjoy no sales tax on every online order except for phone orders, combine discount offers, and wholesale discount inquiries. TRUSTprice will reimburse you all applicable sales tax on every online order. An amount equal to any applicable sales tax will be deducted from the final price. Now that is a PRICE you can TRUST!

For California software & hardware resellers, please fax us the following documents to (408) 582-5050 for sales tax adjustment:

  1. The blanket of certificate of resale form and
  2. A copy of seller's permit

Sales Tax Note: customers are responsible for reporting the tax in excess of our rate at 7.25% to your county. Delivery addresses in Santa Clara County and all will-calls are used 8.25% tax rate.

Shipping and Handling

All product prices do not include shipping and handling charge. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit is customer. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is the responsibility of customer to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Most of the orders will be shipped in the same day by processing time at 3:00 p.m. PST (Mon. - Fri.) unless back order, limited availability, or special order status. Orders placed during the weekends or holidays will be shipped in the following business day.
  • Our major delivery carriers are FedEx, UPS, and US Postal Service. Our customers have the rights to select the speed of delivery, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, or Ground shipment.
  • All Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Additional shipping charge will be applied for non-domestic shipment. Please contact our Sales Department at (408) 582-5000 for the quotation of shipment.
  • If an item is out of stock or is marked as a special order item, it will usually ship within 1 to 2 weeks depending on availability.
  • For any refuse shipments, TRUSTprice reserves the right to charge $25 for handling fee.

Shipments to APO/FPO, PO Box and US Territories:

Shipments to all AK/HI/PR, APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes addresses will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery usually occurs within 6-14 business days.

Please note: TRUSTprice complies with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations governing product transport. Therefore, please be advised that shipment of some products to certain countries may be prohibited due to these regulations. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Warranties and Licensing

TRUSTprice makes no warranties except those stated in the our warranty cards included with products, or, in the case of optional extended warranties issued by TRUSTprice, such extended warranty documentation. TRUSTprice EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURCHASE. Third party warranties, if any, for software are contained in the license agreement that accompanies the software.

Returns and Exchanges Policies

To show our commitment to you, TRUSTprice offers a 15-day return/refund guarantee. Unopened items can be return for exchange or refund within 15-day of order date. A 7% processing fee will be charged for ALL returns. Due to the daily fluctuation in prices for software items, refunds will be based on the current selling price of the item purchased or the invoiced price, whichever is lower. Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer's warranty. TRUSTprice does not offer any technical support or sales advice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. TRUSTprice will NOT accept any opened software for refund. Buyer shall be responsible for and prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to TRUSTprice.

TRUSTprice cannot accept returns of certain items in the following condition:

  • Request returns after 15 days of purchase.
  • Any opened software & hardware.
  • Any software licenses & open licenses from Microsoft, Symantec, & Veritas.
  • Any OEM/DSP software and/or license.
  • Not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • MSDN Universal/Professional/Enterprise Subscriptions.
  • Any items with missing key codes.

To qualify for exchange or return, the merchandise(s) must be:

  1. Unopened software in a good condition / Opened (Defect).
  2. Within 15 days of purchase date

For exchange or refund:

  1. Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number online by returning to www.TRUSTprice.com
  2. Login to "Account".
  3. Click "Request RMA" in account page.
  4. Click "RMA" under Action.
  5. Look for the item that you want for return or exchange in the displaying results.
  6. Type in the total quantity for return at RMA Qt and click the icon "Calculate"
  7. Select the action to take (Credit/Replacement) and check the box if you agree our term
  8. Type in the reason for returning/exchanging in the blank area and click "Request Authorization" to complete your RMA request.
  9. If the ordered item is not on the list, your return request date may be expired or the item is non-returnable.

Return package without RMA number marked will be charged $25 handling fee.

RMAs are valid for only 10 days from issuance. No returns/exchange after 15-day period following date of shipment by TRUSTprice. Return / exchange policy applies only to merchandise shipped to the United States. All sales are final for auction and international orders. TRUSTprice reserves the rights to charge 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns.

For opened package with manufacturer guarantee, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for service or exchange. Due to manufacturer policies, TRUSTprice cannot accept these returns for service or exchange.

Fraud

It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. We have a sophisticated Fraud Control system that screens for suspicious orders, which are subject to investigation and possible cancellation by our Fraud Control team. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please be aware that even if you do not give TRUSTprice your real name, your Web browser transmits a unique address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases.
