RMA Questions

Do I have to have an RMA number in order to return a product to TRUSTprice?
Yes, customers MUST have a RMA number in order to return/exchange the ordered item(s). RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping box for TRUSTprice to process your RMA. Remember that RMAs are valid for 10 days from issuance. Item(s) must be returned to our RMA department before the due date. Otherwise, RMA numbers will not be reissued or extended. Handling fee will be charged when returning without RMA.

How can I obtain a RMA number?
Log into your account and view your orders. Next to each shipped order will be an option for RMA. Click on it and follow the on-line steps.
I want credit but the RMA system only has option for replacement or warranty service. What is going on?
You are past the 15 days allowable RMA credit period and a replacement or warranty service is your only option left.
Can I exchange my RMA for a different item?
For defective of material or wormanship, you are allowed to exchange the same item(s) after approval of inspection. To exchange a different item, a buyer is responsible for a small amount of processing fee and/or a certain amount of restocking fee. Will TRUSTprice pay for the return shipping of defective items?
TRUSTprice is not responsible for manufacturing defects and has no control over them. We simply obtain merchandise from distributors and ship them out to our customers. The cost of shipping is split between TRUSTprice and the customer. We pay shipping to the customer while the customer pays return shipping. The same principle applies when you buy from a local store like Walmart. Even if the merchandise is defective, Walmart will not reimburse you for the time and gas spent to drive back to the store for returns nor send a driver to pick up the defective merchandise. That said, you could however expect the return to be as hassle free as possible when you buy from TRUSTprice.
Can I view the status of my RMA?

Yes. You can check the current status of your RMAs from the "Accounts" menu. If no update RMA status on your account in several days, please email service@trustprice.com to inquire about the RMA in details.
