How do I quote more than one item?

If you are interested in multiple items, please ADD TO CART for all interested items, and then click REQUEST FOR QUOTE. You can also place any further question or concerns into our comment box. Requesting a quotation also allows to you view all the different shipping methods offered for international customers.

Is there a minimum purchase for international orders?

No, but it is advised to order in quantity or amount due to hefty shipping charges.

Can I pay by credit card for international orders?

We do not allow payment with credit card from international customers, due to the fact that we are unable to verify the billing address to international credit cards. We try to protect our customers as well as ourselves from identity fraud. We prefer wire transfer.

Can I pay via Paypal or Google Payment?

We can only accept Paypal and Google Payment from US customers. We also accept paypal / google checkout payment from UK & Canada which covered by Payment Guarantee too. All other countries do not have the service for payment guarantee. We try to protect our customers as well as ourselves from identity fraud. We prefer wire transfer.

How much is shipping?

We need customers to REQUEST FOR QUOTE and fill in their information to accurately calculate shipping for any country. We also offer several different methods of shipping with estimated time of arrival once you request a quote. Our international shipping charge does not cover duty, customs, taxes, and brokerage fee. You may be required to pay for additional fees for customs clearance in certain countries.

How much is it for tax or customs from my country?

For International Orders, we do not charge international tax. Our international shipping charge does not cover duty, customs, taxes, and brokerage fee. Each country has their own customs, and their own set rules, please verify with your country’s regulations. How long will wire transfers take to process orders?

In every country, all banks have different processing rates. Please wire transfer your payment and send a proof of documentation for further reference. Once we receive notification from our bank that a payment is received, we will process and send out your order. It usually takes 2-8 days for banks to confirm payment

For repeat international customers, is it possible to leave credit for future orders?

For repeat international customers, we can save a credit in your account for future orders. This will waive future wire transfer fees and also expedite orders quickly. Please let us know if you'd like to save credit on your account.
