Products or Services Ordered through TRUSTprice

The software products available for order through TRUSTprice (the "Software") are distributed by TRUSTprice on behalf of various software publishers ("Publishers") who own or have the rights to distribute or otherwise provide the software to you. The Software that you order through TRUSTprice is subject to the terms and conditions of the end-user license agreement accompanying such Software (the "End-User License") between you and the Publisher. Except for the 15-day return policy provided by TRUSTprice (the "TRUSTprice Return Policy"), all of your rights and remedies with respect to your order, purchase, possession, and use of the Software are governed by the End-User License. All maintenance, update, warranty, liability, and any other obligations related to the Software ("Software Obligations"), if any, shall be as provided for in the End-User License, or, if applicable, in accordance with Publishers' policies and procedures. TRUSTprice is not responsible for any Software Obligations, and the customer shall have no right of recourse against TRUSTprice for any Software Obligations. All recourse and remedy, if any, for the Software Obligations shall be with the Publisher in accordance with the End-User License, or, if applicable, its policies and procedures.

All other products and services available for order through TRUSTprice, besides the Software (the "Other Products") are distributed by TRUSTprice on behalf of third-party suppliers ("Suppliers"), unless otherwise indicated. Except for the TRUSTprice Return Policy, all of your rights and remedies with respect to your order, purchase, possession, and use of the Other Products and all maintenance, update, warranty, liability, and any other obligations related to the Other Products, if any, shall be governed by the applicable policies and procedures of the Suppliers. TRUSTprice is not responsible for any of the foregoing obligations, and the customer shall have no right of recourse against TRUSTprice for any such obligations. All recourse and remedies, if any, for any obligations related to the Other Products shall be with the Suppliers in accordance with its policies and procedures.

TRUSTprice reserves the right to make adjustments in its discretion to any price, product or offer due to market conditions, product discontinuations, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, product descriptions or any other circumstance, with or without notice. TRUSTprice reserves the right to limit quantities on any order items, with or without reason.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the TRUSTprice website or to products you purchase through the TRUSTprice website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the County of Santa Clara, State of California except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate TRUSTprice intellectual property rights, TRUSTprice may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
